Conference theme: "Working smarter; Being better"
We want the conversation to continue on better/new/improved ways of working but also to continue on the theme of mental health awareness and improvement. Bring your stories, thoughts and ideas on how you and/or your teams improved. |
Our conferences are regularly attended by those in Service Management roles - Service Desk, Problem Managers, Change Managers, Service Delivery Managers, etc. - as well as IT Managers, CIOs, and those in other IT related roles such as sys. admins who have an interest in the topics being discussed.
