The itSMFnz Conference is New Zealand’s only IT Service Management conference, where IT Service Management Professionals gather to share and discuss how they manage and deliver better services to their customers. The conference is the perfect forum to showcase innovation, thought leadership products/services and to align yourself as a dedicated provider of services to the IT Service Management sector in New Zealand.
Organised by each local itSMF branch, these events are excellent opportunities for education, knowledge and skill development among fellow like-minded IT Service Management professionals. Raise your awareness of industry practice, products and services and explore the local business environment through networking with members, while supporting the work of the Forum. Typically events feature an informative main feature presentation of around 45 minutes, a short national report, followed by a networking hour over drinks and nibbles.
