Michael is a certified Problem Management practitioner, who built his experience working at Victoria University and Fujitsu. He currently is the Problem Management Team Leader at Fujitsu NZ, managing a team of 6 Problem Managers. Michael graduated with a Masters in Information Management, and based his final year research project on ITIL Problem Management. The findings from his research will be outlined in this presentation. 

The presentation will discuss Problem Management from the following perspectives:
1. ITIL’s description
2. Michael's personal experiences and views
3. Michael's research on Problem Management.
