The itSMFnz Committee would like to congratulate the following winners of the awards presented at the 2011 National Conference.

IT Service Management Project of the Year
Ports of Auckland

Richard Raj and his team from the Ports of Auckland showed what can be done in a short time and without a big budget. They proved that ITSM does not need to be all about the big bang projects and that real results can be achieved by focussing on one area, getting it right and then using this to drive future improvements.

Rob England

We are delighted to announce Rob as our inaugural Service Management Champion. Rob is not only a passionate advocate for no nonsense Service Management but is also a great supporter of itSMFnz. Rob is respected internationally for his insights and his alter egos, including the IT Skeptic, keeps us all honest, informed and entertained.
