Registration Terms and Conditions

Payment 
Payment or proof of payment must be made in order to receive registration confirmation. Please note your registration is not guaranteed until payment is received. 

Payment Options Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard or AMEX only. 
Your card will be debited immediately for the full amount. 

Tax Invoice - Selecting this option will generate a NOT PAID invoice for payment processing by cheque or EFT.

Registration Confirmation​
Confirmation of registration and payment will be sent to you by email upon completion of your registration. 
Please check this information for accuracy and notify any amendments required to office@iconevents.co.nz.

Cancellation Policy
itSMFnz reserves the right to cancel this conference and all fees will be refunded after expenses have been paid, but the itSMFnz accepts no responsibility for other costs incurred by the registrant. If a registrant's cancellation is received 21 days before the conference, half (50%) the registration fee will be refunded; thereafter no refunds will be given. No refunds will be given to registrants who fail to attend the conference. You can substitute an attendee, but all substitutions must be submitted in writing to office@iconevents.co.nz as soon as possible.

Liability/Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out their own travel insurance and medical insurance prior to the conference. The policy should include loss of fees through cancellation of your participation in the Conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters the meeting secretariat cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by delegates. Nor can the Secretariat take responsibility for injury or damage to property or persons occurring during the Conference or associated activities. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate.
